Mark Wilcock became head professional in November 2024. He had worked with Tony Davies at Old Padeswood qualifying as a PGA Professional in 2012. He has been assistant professional at Padeswood and Buckley since 2014. He is particularly keen to introduce juniors to golf and heads the Young Masters Golf Programme.

Ben Chamberlain will divide his time between the Pro Shop and his professional competition career, currently on the Tartan Tour. He has been a member of the Club since he was 11, has been an Welsh amateur international and holds the course record, a 60 in 2021.

The Padeswood & Buckley Junior Academy in association with Young Masters Golf offers juniors the opportunity to enrol on a course that involves fun competitions and skills tests progressing through 8 levels from Cadet to Masters Level 4.
